Accessibility

Chapman University aims to create an environment that is accessible and welcoming to all. Please be sure you notify the ticket office of your needs and we will work to have proper accommodations ready prior to your arrival.

Seating Accessibility

Accessible seating and companion seating is available in all Chapman venues.

Hearing Accessibility

Musco Center offers assistive listening devices that may be checked out free of charge at the Ticket Office on the Orchestra level. Musco Center may also offer ASL interpretation upon request.

Service Animals

By law, service animals are permitted inside all Chapman facilities. Emotional support and/or comfort animals are not classified as service animals and will not be permitted. If necessary to determine whether an animal is a service animal, Chapman staff may inquire whether a service animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

If a service animal is not housebroken or is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, the handler may be asked to remove the service animal from the performance and informed that they may return to the performance without the service animal. Please be advised that some performances may have loud and abrupt sounds and lighting changes to which service animals may be sensitive.
