Part-time student positions: 
Student Ticketing Support
Up to 19 hours per week, $15/hr.
Assist with ticketing at events on and off campus. Duties include answering phones and selling tickets during regular ticketing office hours and at events; managing will-call tickets and/or scanning tickets at events; and providing the highest level of customer service to all patrons, both internal and external. 

Student Event Support
Assist with event related tasks, such as COVID CLEAR checking, scanning tickets, and guest check-in.

Full-time positions:
Administrative & Event Support Assistant
The Administrative & Event Support Assistant supports and coordinates the department of Event Operations overall administrative functions and works closely with the department head providing assistance in all administrative areas such as purchasing, scheduling, note taking, reporting, responding to email/phone inquiries, and office upkeep. This position is also responsible for assisting at events (involving some nights and weekends) and being able to help patrons and event organizers with requests.

Ticketing Supervisor
The Ticketing Supervisor is responsible for supervising university events. This position must provide a high level of ticketing customer service to patrons in person, via email and chat, on the phone, and at events (frequent nights and weekends) for the entire university.
