Wanda's Visit by Christopher Durang
Jim and Marsha have been married for thirteen years and feel bored and unhappy. Wanda, Jim's old girlfriend, shows up for a visit and becomes the guest from hell. Overtones by Alice Gerstenberg
Overtones display a conversational meeting of two women, Harriet and Margaret, in the early 20th century. These women discuss their lives since they last spoke, an interaction where societal norms of behavior and etiquette are key to getting ahead. During this interaction, Harriet and Margaret's untamed alter egos, Hetty and Maggie, work to influence their cultured selves by displaying their true, unfiltered thoughts in a comical yet introspective exploration of the feminine experience.
